How do you get your custom file to us?
After purchase send file attachments to info@stickerconnection.com with subject line order # and name.

Most orders are completed within one week, depending on order size and artwork complexity.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a printing error, defect, or issue caused by us, we will gladly reprint your order at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
What is your return policy?
Because all stickers are custom printed, we do not accept returns for design errors approved at checkout.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will make it right with a reprint or resolution.
